What you will be doing:

• User Research: Dive deep—know our users inside out. Create personas and prototypes that hit the mark.
• User-Centric Conceptualization: Crack complex design problems with simple, user-friendly solutions.
• Design and Prototyping: Build killer UX flows and wireframes that turn concepts into seamless experiences.
• Collaborative Development: Team up with product and engineering to push innovative designs that set us apart.
• Visual Design Execution: Own the visual journey—from concept to handoff, ensuring everything looks and feels top-notch
• Design Standards: Set the bar high—create and enforce guidelines that keep our designs consistent and sharp.

What you will need:

• 4+ years crushing it in UI/UX design, with strong Web3 experience.
• Killer portfolio that shows off your skills and creative thinking in Web3.
